When having to work long hours

Yesterday I had to stay long in the office to finish a work.
So what to do to survive the hunger?

I had never see this in Italy, but here the soup-for-cup are quite popular.
You can find them in small bags of just one portion in any shops, also the one at Uni of course!

You pour the content of the bag in a cup

Then you pour hot water, just like you would do for a cup of tea.

You stir a bit and wait a few minutes...and the soup is ready!
Rett i koppen! Right in your cup!

Is not like the soup I would make at home, but it a good remedy when you need something hot to eat.

Ciao! Qui e in Cina ci sono le zuppette pronte con i noodles! Di solito sono un concentrato di aromi artificiali e glutammato monosodico! In Italia c'erano delle meravigliose zuppe istantanee di miso (rigorosamente biologiche). Me ne è venuta una voglia! La prima volta che torno in Italia me ne prendo qualche scatola!!!!!

Che belle foto! Che belle case! Che bei colori! Che pulito!
