Colori d'autunno ed un arcobaleno

In preparazione ad un trekking ben piú impegnativo, ieri ho fatto un giretto in Bymarka e testando zaino e scarponi.
Partenza Skistua, passando da Grønlia, poi attraverso acquitrini verso Kvistingen e poi verso Skistua di nuovo sul sentiero che porta a Elgsethytta.

Top-tour in Romsdal

This weekend we went for some top-tour in Romsdal. A beautiful area for top-tour and freeride, where the mountains rise out from the fjord.
We had two nice trips.
First day driving from Oppdal, we arrived in Åndalsnes and started the trip around 12. Amazing for Italian top-tour style, but here we are in Norway and it is usually more convening starting a bit later to find better snow conditions.
The goal for the first trip was Loftskarstinden, to meet some other friends there. However we had to change our goal and aimed to Galtåtind.


We met our friends anyway, because the two tops are connected through a traverse. We met in between and started our descent from there. It was initially quite steep and scary for me but I manage to get down. The snow was not the best but we enjoyed the day very much.

Yesterday we went for another trip to Blånebba. This time we started a bit earlier. In front of us a group of 5 people preparing the track for us ;-)

It was foggy, but once we got to the top it cleared up. It was beutiful to be up there, beautiful surroundings and nice friends!

Then we started descending, the snow was powder! So we went up again! Beautiful day! Great snow!


These were just a few pictures I took with my mobile, more maybe will come. Most of the guys had big camera with them. One of them has a pretty nice website, but picture will come sometime after Easter. But there is planty of more pictures to enjoy there ;-)

Trondheim, la neve ed il sole

Dopo la neve caduta la notte di venerdí, sabato ci siamo alzati ed abbiamo spalato neve. Poi la luce era cosí bella che abbiamo fatto un giro verso il centro ed abbiamo fatto un qualche foto.

After the fresh snow that came on Friday night, on Saturday we got up to remove the snow in front of the house. Then the light was so nice that we went for a walk downtown ad took a few pictures.

Like a white Christmas...

Domenica ha nevicato...30 cm di neve fresca e sofficissima...quasi un altro bianco Natale!


I suoni attutiti. C'era pure chi faceva sci di fondo per le strade...

Che spettacolo!

Sta mattina il termometro segnava -10.4! Non male!

Ma lo spettacolo che si presentava ai miei occhi sta mattina era davvero mozzafiato.

Alberi cristallizzati...

...ed un mare di nebbia sulla cittá.

Sono arrivata in ufficio e le mie gambe mi parevano due calippo, ma é un piacere poter iniziare bene la giornata!

Christmas holydays

Le vacanze natalizie sono finite. Siamo stati bene a casa.
Ma allo stesso tempo é stato un periodo intenso ed a volte travagliato.

Abbiamo ritrovato amici, siamo andati a sciare ed abbiamo mangiato un sacco di prodotti tipici e di cose che qui non troviamo.

É stato un Natale ricco di sentimenti autentici, peró mancava qualcuno. E speriamo mancassero per volontá propria e non altrui...

Anche a casa tanta neve come qui, e forse anche di piú!

Autunno in universitá

Come anticipato ecco alcune foto che ho scattato ieri in universitá.
É arrivato l'autunno a Trondheim e con il vento che c'é stato nel fine settimana, i colori autunnali sulle piante potrebbero durare per poco.
Quindi meglio cogliere l'occasione al volo visto che ora posso farlo ;-)
Giá, era tempo di cambiare il telefono e se non ci avesse pensato L. a comprarmene uno chissá quanto ci avrei messo io.

Sci-alp a Vassfjellet

Ieri siamo andati a fare sci-alpinismo a Vassfjellet (circa 20 km da Trondheim). Abbiamo risalito le piste fino alla cima.

La neve era fresca . Un piacere scendere in fuori pista, tra gli alberi e una trentina di centimetri di farina!

Yesterday we went for top-tour in Vassfjellet (about 20 km from Trondheim). We follow the track and we got till the top.

The snow was fresh. It was a pleasure to go down off pist, between the trees and with 30 cm of powder!
